Concept

A solid form is interrupted by an opening. Reflective stainless steel draws light into the void, while the surrounding steel holds its weight and darkness. As the viewer moves, reflection and shadow shift, giving the missing volume a changing presence.

Finish

Images indicate the intended surface character. Colour, texture and patina are developed through physical samples and agreed as part of each commission. Hand finishing and, where applicable, natural weathering create variations unique to each work.
